I'm Alex. 18F. My journals on this website document my struggle to continue to live with severe depression and anxiety. In summer 2024, I wrote out a detailed plan and note if I am to end my own life. Summer of 2025, I've returned to this blog with the same feelings. Sometimes I want to prevent this, and sometimes I feel that it's my only option. I hope I can connect with others who feel similarly and share similar interests in music and movies.
